Stir Fried Bean sprouts with Spring Onion



        430 gm Fresh Bean sprouts (chopped to 2 lengths)

        2 Spring Onion shoots (crushed and chopped to 2 lengths)

        1 clove Garlic (crushed)

        2 slices of fresh ginger (crushed)

        1 Teaspoon salt

        1 Teaspoon of Sugar

        2 Tablespoons of oil




Heat Wok or saucepan until it is very hot.  Add oil, salt, garlic and ginger and stir until the garlic and ginger are brown.  Add the spring onion and stir for a couple of seconds.  Stir in

the bean sprouts. Keep stirring for a few seconds then add the sugar, mixing well.  Cover

with a lid for 5 seconds, then serve.
