Stirfried Fish Fillets with Soy and Lime
(serves 4)



  1. Place oil in wok on high heat and stirfry fish in batches for 1-2 minutes each.
  2. Return fish to wok. Add Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce, fish sauce and lime and stirfry for 1 minute.
  3. Meanwhile steam snap peas and snow peas until just tender. Serve fish on a bed of boiled rice accompanied by steamed peas.
