    • $100+ orders: 7000
    • $200+ orders: 7004, 7005, 7007, 7008, 7015, 7016, 7017, 7018, 7019
    • $300+ orders: 7009, 7010, 7050, 7052
  • In-Store Pickup:
    • A text message will be sent when your order is ready for collection.
  • Nationwide Shipping:
    • We ship Australia-wide for dry goods only.

Shipping Classes & Estimated Delivery Times

  • Shipping Class: Dry goods only
  • Estimated Timeframe: 4-7 business days
  • Shipping Cost:
    • Minimum $10.95
    • The system will automatically calculate the shipping cost based on your location and order size.

Shipping Costs & Adjustments

  • Shipping costs may be adjusted if:
    • The package exceeds standard size/weight limits.
    • The delivery address is outside normal shipping coverage.
  • We strive to minimise your shipping costs while ensuring safe and efficient delivery.
  • Tracking Information & Shipping Providers
    • Due to technical limitations, tracking information is not available in your customer portal.
    • However, we have other ways to track your parcel and currently use two shipping providers:
      1. Sendle: This provider will automatically send email notifications with tracking updates.
      2. Australia Post: Tracking information is currently not accessible through the system. If you urgently need tracking details, please contact us via:

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If any goods are damaged or missing, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider, but standard insurance coverage is limited to $100.
  • Fragile Products: While we take care in packaging, we cannot guarantee that items will arrive undamaged.

Orders & Acceptance

  • An order is deemed received when items are added to your shopping cart and successfully transmitted online.
  • Order confirmation does not guarantee stock availability. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you for an alternative or refund.
  • Orders cannot be modified once placed. If changes are required, you may need to cancel and reorder (subject to our cancellation policy).
  • We reserve the right to limit purchase quantities and refuse service at our discretion.

Product Description & Stock Availability

  • Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible, but may vary. We do not guarantee that descriptions or site content are completely error-free.
  • Stock availability, especially fresh products, depends on seasonality. We cannot guarantee that stock quantities are always correct at the time of purchase.

Payment & Fraud Prevention

  • You must confirm that you are the CARDHOLDER when placing an order.
  • Any fraudulent activity will be reported to the authorities.
  • We reserve the right to hold or cancel any order suspected of fraud.

Customer Responsibility

  • Please double-check your order details (products, quantity, delivery address) before submitting your order.
  • Ensure someone is available to receive your order at the provided address.
  • Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Order Tracking & Order Status

  • Due to limited labor availability and our in-store operations, we will process your order as quickly as possible.
  • However, we cannot guarantee timely order status updates, and in some cases, no updates may appear in your order history.

Return & Exchange & Cancellation

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Returns, exchanges, or refunds are only accepted with prior authorisation from us.
  • Products will only be accepted for credit/replacement or refund if approved by WING & CO 云客亚超.
  • Refunds will be processed for approved cases, but no surcharge refunds will be issued as merchant processing fees apply even when processing a refund.
  • No surcharge refund for cancellations due to change of mind or incorrect orders.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Frozen and chilled products: Only available for Tasmania (TAS) business address delivery. Orders placed outside TAS for these items will not be shipped, and a surcharge applies for refunds.
  • PBBD CLEARANCE or CLEARANCE Products:
    • These are expired or near-expiry products that have been heavily discounted.
    • They are sold as-is with no returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.
    • By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept their condition.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed.
  • If a cancellation request is approved before processing, a restocking fee or surcharge may apply.
  • No surcharge refunds will be given for canceled orders of frozen/chilled items shipped outside TAS.

Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your bank.
